All our installers are certified uniformed employees - NO SUBCONTRACTORS. You will strongly prefer a company employee over a sub. We cannot blame the sub, nor him the store. Armstrong Certified Installers are specially trained and certified to expertly install flooring products and must pass a rigorous hands-on and written exam to become certified.
